Enjoy the panoramic view of the lake with all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer! This Cow Island retreat is in a great location, nestled in Orchard Cove with an amazing view of the broads. Clean, deep water that is easily accessible for docking, swimming and/or water sports. Trails just outside your door for leisurely hiking. The cabin is situated just feet from the docks and the waterfront, and offers a covered porch for a relaxing space to sit and enjoy one of the best views the lake has to offer!
Lakefront Experience
Property
The property offers a protected dock for two boats. If you enjoy fishing, you can fish right off the breakwater. There is a sandy, shallow area near the protected dock for easy entry into the water. The property offers a secondary deck/dock to lounge with easy access to the water for swimming, kayaking and paddling. Enjoy outdoor eating on the picnic table near the waterfront or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. For those who would like to sleep under the stars, there is also a raised tent platform.
Location
10 minutes to/from 19 Mile Bay by boat.
10-15 minutes to/from Harilla Landing by boat.
15-20 minutes to/from Wolfeboro by boat.
Cabin
This three bedroom, one full bath cabin comfortably sleeps six. The kitchen holds all your needs with a refrigerator, sink, stove, coffee maker, cookware and a grill steps outside the kitchen door. You can lounge in the family area feet from the covered porch with a beautiful view of the lake. The main bedroom holds a queen bed with a closet, the second bedroom holds a double bed with space for a provided blow up mattress, and the third bedroom holds a bunk bed with a desk. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property. Lounge Chairs and two kayaks are provided. The woodline to the left separates the neighboring home. The owners of the rental own the property to the right. There is no woodline or border separating the properies. The rental is lined with woodchips to identify the boundry between the properties. The owners of the rental may or may not be there, but either way they will be respectful of your privacy. Behind the house you will find a trail that connects to a trail system that will take you around the smaller side of Cow Island, approximately two miles.
Guests will also have access to wifi.
